Maybank has announced that its TREATS On-The-Spot redemption service at the Maybank Card Centre KLCC will be discontinued starting from 1 April 2020.

Maybank’s TREATS On-The-Spot redemption service lets you redeem certain vouchers and gifts immediately at Maybank Card Centres or selected partner merchants in exchange for TreatsPoints. In some cases, On-The-Spot redemptions cost less TreatsPoints than online redemptions.

After the discontinuation of the service at Maybank Card Centre KLCC, you can redeem your rewards from three other Maybank Card Centres:

  • Maybank Card Centre One Utama
Lot G-341-B, New Wing, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, 47800, Petaling Jaya
    Monday – Sunday (10am to 9pm)
  • Maybank Card Centre The Gardens
S-208B, 2nd Floor, The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, 59200, Kuala Lumpur
    Monday – Sunday (10am to 9pm)
  • Maybank Card Centre Menara Maybank
Level 1, Menara Maybank, 100, Jalan Tun Perak, 50050, Kuala Lumpur
    Monday – Thursday (9.15am to 4.30pm); Friday (9.15am to 4.00pm)
