Maybank has temporarily revised the operating hours of its branches to 9.30am to 1pm, in accordance with the government’s reimplementation of the movement control order (MCO 3.0) nationwide.

“In light of the nationwide MCO, our branch operating hours will be temporarily revised to 9.30am – 1pm, starting 17 May 2021. This is to support the ongoing efforts to curb the pandemic as well as to ensure the safety of our customers and employees,” the bank noted in a statement. Additionally, Maybank’s self-service terminals (SST) will be operating daily from 6am to 10pm, in compliance with the standard operating procedures of the ongoing MCO.

Maybank further encouraged its customers to make use of its digital banking services and platforms from the safety of their homes if they need to perform any banking transactions. “If you have to visit a branch, do book your appointment online ahead via Maybank EzyQ for your convenience,” it added.

The EzyQ system is an online appointment management system, allowing customers to book appointments in advance, prior to their visits to bank branches and premier wealth centres. These appointments can be made between one to ten days ahead of time, and are available for a full suite of banking services.

You can check the full list of Maybank’s operating branches on the bank’s official website. Alternatively, you can contact the Maybank Group customer care centre at 1-300-88-6688 if you have any additional enquiries.
