RHB Offers RM30 Cashback, Instant Rebate For Apple Pay Users
Author Avatar

RHB Bank and RHB Islamic Bank are offering RM30 cashback and instant rebate rewards under their Apple Pay CashBack / Instant Rebate Campaign, which runs from 1 November to 31 December 2025. The campaign encourages RHB Visa cardholders to make purchases using Apple Pay at selected participating stores across Malaysia.

Who Can Participate

The campaign is open to all RHB Visa Credit and Debit Cardholders, including RHB Islamic Cards. For debit cards under joint accounts, only the primary account holder is eligible to receive the cashback or rebate.

Card accounts must remain valid and in good standing throughout the campaign period. If a card is cancelled during this period, participation becomes invalid.

Business and corporate cardholders, including those with RHB Business Platinum, Corporate MyDebit, and Commercial Cards, are not eligible for this promotion.

How To Qualify

To qualify, cardholders must first add their RHB Visa Card to their Apple device and make a purchase of at least RM250 in a single transaction using Apple Pay at participating merchants.

This minimum spend, known as a Qualified Transaction, must occur during the campaign period and be recorded in the RHB Card Centre system based on Malaysian time. Purchases made by supplementary cardholders will be combined with those of the principal cardholder for eligibility.

Each eligible cardholder is entitled to one cashback or instant rebate only during the campaign.

Participating Stores and Reward Details

The campaign offers two reward categories based on the participating merchant:

RM30 cashback for purchases made at SASA and KTS Samsung stores, limited to 500 redemptions with a total allocation of RM15,000.

RM30 instant rebate for purchases made at Switch, Urban Republic by Switch, Machines, Bath & Body Works, and Victoria’s Secret, limited to 3,500 redemptions with a total allocation of RM105,000.

If two or more transactions occur at the same time, priority will be given to the transaction with the higher value.

Reward Fulfilment

Instant rebates will be applied immediately to the cardholder’s account at the time of the qualified purchase. Cashback rewards will be credited within 90 calendar days after the campaign ends.

All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. Transactions posted after 31 December 2025 will not qualify, even if the purchase was made within the campaign period.

Conditions For Disqualification

RHB reserves the right to disqualify participants who display abnormal spending behaviour, commit fraud, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other cardholders.

Cardholders found to have violated the campaign terms may lose eligibility to participate or redeem rewards.
