Alliance Bank is hosting the Malaysia Open Pickleball Championship from 5 to 7 June 2026 at Tomaz Pickleball Club in Selangor, with a total cash prize pool exceeding RM100,000 across multiple competitive categories. The three-day event runs daily from 8am to 11pm.
You can enter at different experience levels, from junior and novice through to the Open and Team divisions. Alliance Bank sponsored the KL Open Pickleball Championship in April 2025, its first pickleball tournament sponsorship in Malaysia.
The championship spans five competitive divisions covering Junior, Novice, Intermediate, Open, and Team categories, each with its own entry fee and prize tier.
Junior categories include Boys’ Singles and Open Gender Doubles. Adult divisions progress from Novice through Intermediate to Open, with men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles formats across each level. The Open division also includes a 35+ bracket and a mixed doubles event for players aged 50 and above.
The Team event has its own structure, with each squad comprising four pairs: two men’s doubles, one women’s doubles, and one mixed doubles pair.
Entry Fees By Division
Registration is charged per team and varies by category.
| Division | Entry Fee (Per Team) |

Every registered player receives a limited edition Malaysia Open Championship jersey, a goodie bag with sponsor items, and an official DUPR match rating. DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) is the global standard for ranking competitive pickleball players, and all tournament results feed directly into that system.
Cash prizes are available at every division, with the Team event carrying the largest single award.

The JOOLA Paddle IV is a competition-grade pickleball paddle awarded to first-place finishers at the Novice level and above. If your team finishes on the podium in the Team event, every squad member also receives a Turbo voucher worth RM200 alongside the cash prize.
If you’re weighing whether to register, the prize-to-entry ratio shifts considerably depending on which division you enter.
At Novice, a first-place finish returns RM2,500 on a RM250 registration fee. Intermediate offers RM3,500 against a RM290 entry, and Open doubles first place pays RM4,000 on a RM350 registration. The proportions are broadly similar across levels, though the Open category adds a JOOLA paddle to the top prize.
The Team event carries the largest upfront cost at RM2,500 per squad. First-place winnings of RM30,000 are the highest of any category, but you’ll need a coordinated group of eight players to enter.
If you’re competing at any level, your DUPR score from this tournament is internationally recognised and can affect your eligibility or ranking placement in future rated events in Malaysia and abroad.
Registration is handled through Baseline, the official tournament management platform. The Alliance Bank promotion page doesn’t specify a registration closing date, so check Baseline directly for the latest deadline.
