Alliance Bank Launches Visa Platinum Business Credit Card With CGC Coverage

Alliance Bank, in collaboration with Visa and Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC) Malaysia, have jointly launched the Alliance Bank Visa Platinum Business credit card. This business credit card includes CGC credit guarantee, a first of its kind in Malaysia.

The Alliance Bank Visa Platinum Business Credit Card is the first business credit card with CGC coverage, providing grater financial flexibility to businesses, especially to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) who lack collateral and credit history to gain business financing. Through this card, businesses not only ease day-to-day cash flow issues and gain quicker access to funds, but also build a robust credit history in the process. Over time, this helps them access larger funding support and better financial solutions in the future.

At the same time, the Alliance Bank Visa Platinum Business credit card also adds extra perks for its cardholder. Cardholders can opt for either up to 1% cashback on business expenses, or a low finance charge feature of 8.88% p.a.. The cashback is tiered based on the cardholder’s monthly spend amount, broken down as follows:

They will also enjoy up to 12x complimentary lounge access per calendar year, split into 6x Plaza Premium Lounge and 6x Travel Club Lounge access. The complimentary lounge access is given based on meeting a minimum spend amount on the month of access, as below:

In addition, this card also offers up to 56 days of interest-free repayment period as well as a 0% flexi payment plans up to six months (depending on statement balance) to ease cash flow issues.

The Alliance Bank Visa Platinum Business credit card is now available for applications to all businesses registered in Malaysia that have been ok operation for at least one year, and with a minimum annual sales turnover of at least RM50,000.
