Starting 1 September 2025, UOB will remove the total monthly cap of 20,000,000 UNIRM [PDF] for Fashion Spend and 20,000,000 UNIRM for Groceries Spend under the Lady’s Card Rewards Programme. The change eliminates the collective cap across all cardholders, giving Lady’s Card users more certainty in earning rewards for their eligible transactions.
The UOB Lady’s Card offers accelerated rewards in selected categories. Fashion Spend earns ten times UNIRM points, while Groceries Spend earns five times UNIRM points. Until now, these rewards have been subject to a shared monthly pool limit of 20,000,000 UNIRM per category. Once the pool was exhausted, further spending would not generate additional points.
From September 2025, the collective pool cap will be removed. Fashion and Groceries transactions will continue to earn points as long as they fall within the individual monthly limits tied to each Lady’s Card tier. This ensures rewards are determined solely by a cardholder’s own spending, without being impacted by overall card usage across the bank.
Each Lady’s Card tier retains its own monthly earning cap. The Classic Card allows up to 8,000 UNIRM per month, the Platinum Card allows up to 15,000 UNIRM per month, and the Solitaire Card allows up to 20,000 UNIRM per month. These limits remain unchanged and ensure a balanced rewards structure while recognising the different benefits tied to each card type.
Fashion Spend covers purchases at clothing, footwear, jewellery, accessories, and beauty retailers. Groceries Spend applies to supermarket transactions recognised under merchant category code 5411. For clarity, cardholders should refer to the updated UOB Lady’s Card Terms and Conditions, which detail the full scope of participating categories and merchants.
With the shared pool limit lifted, Lady’s Cardholders can now plan their spending with more confidence. Monitoring monthly usage against their individual card cap will help them make the most of the UNIRM rewards available under their specific card tier.
