United Overseas Bank (UOB) has announced upcoming changes to the complimentary airport lounge access benefits for several of its premium credit cards. These updates will affect a number of card types, and the new terms are scheduled to take effect from 1 August 2025.

Changes for the UOB Zenith Card

For holders of the UOB Zenith Card, principal cardmembers will have added flexibility as they will be able to bring one accompanying guest per entry into participating airport lounges; however, the complimentary airport lounge access for supplementary cardmembers will be discontinued under the new terms.

Update for UOB Visa Infinite

Cardmembers with the UOB Visa Infinite Card should note that complimentary access to airport lounges located at KLIA Terminal 2 will be discontinued. For the full list of participating airport lounges offered via the Airport Companion by DragonPass app, cardmembers can refer to UOB’s website.

Changes for Lady’s Solitaire Card, UOB PRVI Miles Elite, and World Card

For UOB Lady’s Solitaire Card, UOB PRVI Miles Elite Card and the UOB World Card, the complimentary access to the Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA Terminal 2 and all complimentary airport lounge access for supplementary cardmembers will be discontinued from the effective date. Cardmembers may continue to access the Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA Terminal 1, including the UOB Private Lounge.

Staying Informed

UOB advises all affected cardmembers to review the updated terms and conditions for their specific card to get a full understanding of these changes. For more detailed information, customers can visit the official UOB website.
