Today, there are significant changes in how an investor invests. In the past, an eager investor would have to call up a stockbroker to invest in stocks or head to the bank to pick out suitable unit trust funds.

In correspondence with the rise of technology, financial technology, more commonly known as fintech, has drastically changed the way we invest. We now have online trading platforms, wider availability of information, and better accessibility to investment products such as stocks, bonds, and unit trust funds.

All that you would need to research investment products, monitor the market, and start investing are internet access and a laptop or mobile phone.

Invest & Track With Wealth on Mobile

Built as a one-stop wealth management platform, Wealth on Mobile is a new feature on the HSBC mobile banking app. Existing and new users can now access, track, and monitor their investments with HSBC all from the convenience of their mobile phones at any time.

Whether you’ve invested in unit trusts, bonds, structured investments, or more, Wealth on Mobile’s easy-to-navigate interface makes it simpler for you to keep track of your portfolio and review it as needed. The uncomplicated dashboard holds key information about your investments, such as market value, unrealised gain/loss, net asset value (NAV), performance, etc.

With just a few quick taps, you’ll also have tailored access to the latest market data and major global insights that you need for your ongoing investment journey, through HSBC’s Wealth Insights.

Diversify Your Portfolio With EZInvest

One of the most value-added and important features of Wealth on Mobile is the independent investing platform. Positioned within Wealth on Mobile, EZInvest allows investors to securely and readily invest in 20 selected unit trust funds.

With a minimum placement fee of only RM500, investors have access to diversified unit trust funds that hail from local, Asian, and global markets. Besides that, the unit trust funds are also ranged to cater to different risk appetites.

Starting from 1 January 2022 until 31 March 2022, HSBC is offering a promotion sales charge of only 0.88% when you start investing with EZInvest.
