Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) has introduced a new campaign, the ‘Let’s Save Campaign‘, designed to incentivise savings among young Malaysians. The initiative, which runs from 1 September 2025 to 31 March 2026, aims to encourage financial literacy and the habit of saving from an early age. The campaign is open to all Malaysian students between the ages of seven and twenty-one. To participate, individuals must have either a BSN School Savings, a BSN Smart Junior, or a BSN SSP account.
The campaign features two distinct participation categories: the Top Saver Award and the Lucky Draw. The Top Saver Award is for participants who maintain a BSN savings account, achieve a minimum net savings growth of RM500, and are recognised as a top saver.
Participants in this category are judged on their consistency and saving discipline. The Lucky Draw, on the other hand, provides a chance for all eligible participants to win. To be included in the draw, they must accumulate a total deposit of at least RM500 in a BSN or BSN SSP savings account, and make at least one deposit every month, with a minimum of RM10 each month.
The prizes for the campaign are structured across both participation categories. For the Top Saver Award, a total of nine winners will be selected from primary and secondary schools. The first-place winner will receive RM4,000, the second-place winner will be awarded RM3,000, and the third-place winner will get RM2,000.
For the Lucky Draw, there will be a total of 95 winners selected across thirteen states. Each state will have five winners, with each winner receiving a cash prize of RM100. The total cash prize for the Lucky Draw is RM19,500.
