Maybank Mastercard cardholders can now enjoy an exclusive travel offer with Malaysia Airlines. For a limited time, customers who purchase one Business Class ticket will receive a complimentary ticket on the same journey.
The campaign is available from 4 September 2025 to 30 November 2025, with a travel period running until 4 September 2026.
The offer applies to round-trip Malaysia Airlines Business Class tickets purchased through Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd. The complimentary ticket will be issued in the same booking class as the purchased ticket, subject to availability at the time of booking.
The promotion covers the base fare only. All taxes, fees, and surcharges must be paid separately by the cardmember. The complimentary ticket does not apply to Business Suites.
Bookings must be made directly with Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd by email, phone, or WhatsApp during the campaign period. Operating hours are 9.00am to 9.00pm from 4 to 7 September 2025, and 9.00am to 5.30pm from 8 September 2025 to 30 November 2025, excluding public holidays.
The campaign is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is capped at a total budget of RM3 million. Once this allocation has been fully utilised, the offer will end even if the campaign period is still ongoing.
The cardmember must be one of the passengers travelling and both travellers must be booked on the same flight. The offer is valid only for round-trip journeys originating from Malaysia and is not applicable to one-way tickets, codeshare flights, or oneworld partner airlines.
Each cardmember is entitled to one redemption only, with a maximum of one complimentary ticket per principal and supplementary cardholder. All tickets issued under this campaign are non-refundable. Date changes are permitted but subject to fare differences, airline fees, and a Holiday Tours service fee.
