LBS Bina Group Bhd has launched an initiative called the LBS Perks and Plusses Customer Loyalty Programme, which will see the developer collaborating with 26 partners to provide extra benefits and rewards for its homebuyers. It offers privileges beyond just the initial purchase, such as exclusive discounts from merchant partners and second home rebates.

In its statement, LBS Bina said that it will be working with established brands like Acson, Columbia Asia Hospital, KarangKraf, Gintell, and Watson’s to provide partnership discounts for eligible homeowners. Through this, it hopes to “revolutionise the homebuying experience” and build a good relationship with its customers.

Aside from the special partnership rebates, the LBS Perks and Plusses programme will also offer property-related benefits like referral fees for homebuyers who introduce their friends and family members to purchase LBS properties, in addition to a 2% second home rebate for existing customers who purchase another LBS development. On top of that, they can enjoy priority access to new project launches and promotions by LBS and its subsidiary MGB Berhad; this will also come with special gifts.

“At LBS, we understand the significance of customer loyalty, and our commitment to excellence drives us to create exceptional residential spaces that inspire and elevate lifestyles. With LBS Perks and Plusses, we seek to strengthen our bond with homebuyers by offering a range of exclusive advantages and unique incentives,” said the executive chairman of LBS Bina, Tan Sri Ir Lim Hock San.

Tan Sri Ir Lim further highlighted the developer’s implementation of dedicated support channels, ensuring that homeowners’ queries and concerns can be addressed promptly. This step is part of LBS’ efforts in providing unparalleled customer service, he said.

The LBS Perks and Plusses membership will be provided as a complimentary benefit to individuals or corporates who have purchased properties with LBS and its subsidiaries with a minimum purchase price of RM150,000. Separately, there is also another ongoing LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-23 campaign, which offers RM1.5 billion worth of prizes to be won – including Perodua Axia cars, mountain bikes, and television sets.
