PERKESO is set to host the Festival Mega iLINDUNGu at Strand Mall, Kota Damansara, from 18 to 20 September 2026. The three-day event is expected to draw around 60,000 visitors, with free health screenings, job opportunities and services from various government agencies.
Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri R. Ramanan will officiate the event and launch PERKESO’s new mascot.
You can check your LINDUNG 24 Jam coverage status at a dedicated booth, which could be useful if you’re unsure whether you’re still enrolled after the scheme’s opt-out window closed in August. You can also get a free health screening while you’re there.
At a previous edition in Shah Alam, 466 employers settled a combined RM251,000 in arrears after an 80% discount was applied to the charges, which would otherwise have amounted to RM2.08 million.
If you’re an employer with outstanding SOCSO contribution arrears, you can access a discount on Faedah Caruman Lewat Bayar, or the interest charged on late contribution payments, during the festival.
If you’re looking for a job, you can also head to Karnival LINDUNG Kerjaya, which will feature more than 2,000 vacancies from participating employers.
Alongside PERKESO’s own services, 11 other agencies under the Human Resources Ministry are taking part, including HRD Corp, TalentCorp, NIOSH and PTPK, as well as the Unit Transformasi Masyarakat India Malaysia.
The festival is part of an ongoing nationwide series that has already visited Shah Alam and other states, and will run from 10am to 10pm daily.
