Proton has introduced a nationwide flood relief programme offering discounted parts and labour for vehicle owners impacted by recent flooding. The initiative aims to ease repair costs and help customers return their vehicles to a safe, usable condition as quickly as possible.

Programme Period And Availability

The 2025 Flood Relief Programme runs from 26 November 2025 to 31 May 2026. It is available at all authorised Proton service centres and Body and Paint outlets across the country.

Discounts For PIP And Non-PIP Customers

Owners enrolled in the Proton Insurance Programme will receive a 50% discount on selected parts for the Persona, Iriz, Exora and Saga models. Selected parts for the X series and the S70 will be discounted by 25%. Labour charges for all models will be reduced by 25%.

Customers without Proton Insurance Programme coverage will also receive support. Selected parts for the PIES models will be discounted by 30%, while discounts of 15% apply to selected parts for the X models and the S70. Labour charges will be discounted by 25% for all models.

Ensuring Safe And Reliable Repairs

Proton deputy chief executive officer, Datuk Abdul Rashid Musa, said the company recognises the challenges faced by flood-affected owners. He noted that the programme is intended to offer immediate financial relief and access to professional repair services.

Proton encouraged affected customers to visit their nearest authorised service centre once conditions are safe. Trained technicians will carry out inspections and recommend the necessary repairs.
