Air Selangor Sdn Bhd is enabling a new digital billing initiative that enables customers to get their monthly water bill to be sent to them via WhatsApp. This comes as the water concessionaire embarks on a journey to go digital, enabling its customers to get their water bills more conveniently.

According to Air Selangor, the WhatsApp e-billing is applicable to customers in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya. To switch to this e-billing method, you will need to register or update your information at the company’s e-billing registration page. Ensure that the phone number registered is correct and can receive messages through WhatsApp.

Air Selangor’s digital journey officially began in January 2018, when it introduced e-billing services through email and the Air Selangor mobile app. The app also lets you get updates on water disruptions and review your latest bills.

If you have any enquiries about the registration for WhatsApp e-billing, you can send your questions to Air Selangor via SMS at 15300, or through WhatsApp at 019-2800919 or 019-2816793. Alternatively, you can also check out the company’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or website.
