Alliance Bank is set to relocate its headquarters to a new location in the Oxley Towers along Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. This comes following the bank’s move to acquire office suites and retail lots at Tower 3 (Menara 3) of the Oxley Towers mixed commercial and residential development from property developer Oxley Rising Sdn Bhd.
According to Alliance Bank’s filing with Bursa Malaysia, the purchase – which will incur a cost of RM405.8 million – will include 24 floors of office suites with a floor area of 315,711 square feet. This is in addition to four adjoining retail lots on a two-storey retail podium, which measures a total floor area of 9,569 square feet.
Justifying its decision to relocate, Alliance Bank said that Oxley Towers is strategically located at the commercial centre of KLCC, and the bank will also have a dedicated building to its name. This will help to improve the visibility and branding of Alliance Bank.

Aside from that, the building is earmarked as a green-certified building, which is in line with Alliance Bank’s commitment to become a more sustainable and resilient organisation. The bank also believes that the new building will be an enhancement to its staff members’ working environment and wellbeing.
Tower 3 of the Oxley Towers is expected to be completed by the end of November 2024, but Alliance Bank has yet to confirm a date to relocate to its new headquarters.
