HSBC Bank is currently running its Dream It campaign, which offers credit and debit cardholders the chance to win a grand prize of RM100,000 for a vacation or a home makeover, as well as exclusive monthly gifts such as an iPhone 14 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. Additionally, there are cashback rewards and shopping vouchers to be earned as well.
The promotion is actually divided into two sub-campaigns: one that lets you earn cashback rewards and shopping vouchers when you meet certain spend requirements, and another where you need to perform transactions and banking activities to accumulate entries to win the RM100,000 grand prize and monthly gifts.
Under the first sub-campaign, both debit and credit cardholders will be allowed to win cashback rewards of RM5 when they spend a minimum of RM80 on eligible expenses in a single receipt via their cards. On top of that, credit cardholders can also earn another reward in the form of Lazada or Shopee vouchers worth RM100, provided they hit a minimum monthly cumulative spend of RM1,000 on online and groceries spend.
Here are the details of the first sub-campaign:

The second sub-campaign, on the other hand, will see the following prizes being put up for grabs, which both credit and debit cardholders can win by earning entries through selected transactions and banking activities:

Note that eligible spend for both sub-campaigns refer to all online and e-wallet transactions, local and overseas retail transactions, as well as 0% instalment plans – unless specifically stipulated (such as in the spend requirement to win Lazada/Shopee vouchers under the first sub-campaign). Transactions such as cash advances, balance transfer instalments, as well as auto-billing payments do not qualify.
As for the fulfilment of prizes, the cashback rewards and Shopee/Lazada vouchers under the first sub-campaign will be provided to the winners within six to ten weeks after the end of the promotion period, on a first-come first-served basis.
Meanwhile, winners for the second sub-campaign will need to go through a longer process; HSBC will first shortlist its winners for the grand and monthly prizes using a randomizer programme. Once selected, the potential winners will be contacted within six to ten weeks after the end of the campaign via SMS, in which they are required to answer a question. Those who do so correctly within three days will be deemed the winner – after which HSBC will notify them of their win within two weeks.
Finally, note that all eligible cardholders will be automatically enrolled in the first sub-campaign, but if you’d like to take part in the second sub-campaign, you are required to register your participation by sending an SMS with the following details to 66300:
