Maybank is temporarily revising its branch operating hours based on Covid-19 zones across Malaysia. The new operating hours will come into effect starting today 4 January 2021.

Branches in Covid-19 red zones will see their operating hours revised to between 9.30am and 3pm for all services. For repayment assistance services, Maybank branches will be open for an additional hour from 3-4pm. However, do note that some branches will be operating on an appointment-only basis via Maybank EzyQ, which allows you to schedule an appointment online ahead of your visit to the branch.

Meanwhile, branches in Covid-19 yellow and green zones will be open from 9.30am until 4pm for all services. According to Maybank, the change in operating hours was done to safeguard the well-being of its customers and employees.

Maybank further announced that from 31 December 2020, selected Maybank branches would be closed or operating on different opening hours from the general times stated above. For the full list of updated branch-specific operating hours, you can refer to Maybank’s complete document here.
