RHB PayLater Cashback Campaign Offers Savings On Selected Purchases
Author Avatar

RHB Bank Berhad and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad have introduced the RHB PayLater and PayLater-i Cashback Campaign, offering eligible customers 8% instant cashback, capped at RM25 per customer, when they spend using RHB PayLater or PayLater-i at selected merchants.

The campaign runs from 22 December 2025 to 31 March 2026 and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to monthly cashback allocations.

Who Can Take Part In The Campaign

The campaign is open to individual customers with an active and valid RHB PayLater or PayLater-i account during the campaign period. Eligible transactions must be successfully posted to the PayLater or PayLater-i account within the specified dates.

Corporate MyDebit cardholders, companies, organisations, and accounts that are suspended, cancelled, blocked, dormant, or in arrears are not eligible. RHB staff and their immediate family members are also excluded from participation.

How To Qualify For Cashback

To qualify, customers must make a minimum spend of RM250 in a single receipt using RHB PayLater or PayLater-i at participating merchants. Only completed and posted transactions are considered.

Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, or disputed do not qualify for cashback.

Cashback Allocation And Limits

Cashback rewards are limited to one per customer for the entire campaign period. Rewards are awarded based on the transaction posting date and time, in line with Malaysian Standard Time.

The total cashback pool is divided into three phases. RM10,000 is allocated from 22 December 2025 to 15 January 2026, another RM10,000 from 16 January 2026 to 15 February 2026, and RM18,000 from 16 February 2026 to 31 March 2026. Once the allocation for a phase is fully utilised, no further cashback will be awarded for that period.

Participating Merchants Nationwide

The campaign applies to selected merchants across Malaysia, including authorised electronics retailers and device stores. The full list of participating outlets is provided in the campaign appendix and may be updated from time to time.

Customers are encouraged to review the official campaign terms to confirm merchant eligibility before making a purchase.

Account Status At Cashback Crediting

Only primary account holders with active PayLater or PayLater-i accounts at the time of cashback crediting will receive the reward. Accounts that are closed, suspended, or otherwise not in good standing before the cashback is credited will be disqualified.

Important Campaign Conditions

RHB reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate the campaign, or to amend the terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Any changes will take effect upon notification by the bank.

Customers who require further clarification can contact the RHB Customer Contact Centre for assistance before participating.
