AmBank will be conducting a system enhancement for its Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Cash Recycler Machines (CRMs) in August 2025. Customers are advised to take note of the scheduled maintenance periods, during which several banking services will be temporarily unavailable.

Services Affected

During the maintenance periods, AmBank ATMs and CRMs will not be accessible. Customers will also be unable to perform AmBank debit card transactions at ATMs and CRMs operated by other banks. In addition, selected AmOnline Internet and Mobile Banking functions, specifically credit card first-time sign-on and credit card PIN change, will be temporarily unavailable.
