Citibank is currently running a Cash Back On Food Delivery campaign, which lets customers holding its Citi Cash Back credit card and Cash Back Platinum credit card earn 10% cashback when they spend with selected food delivery services. Ongoing until 31 August 2021, the promotion is applicable only to FoodPanda and DeliverEat.
To be eligible for the promotion, you will need to meet the minimum monthly spend requirements specified under the campaign. Citi Cash Back credit cardholders are required to spend a minimum of RM800 in retail transactions each month, whereas Citi Cash Back Platinum credit cardholders must meet a monthly expense of at least RM1,500.
Note as well that the maximum amount of cashback that you can earn for the Citi Cash Back and Citi Cash Back Platinum credit card via this campaign is RM10 and RM15 cashback per month, respectively. In other words, Citi Cash Back credit cardholders will be able to earn cashback on food delivery expenses of up to RM100, while Citi Cash Back Platinum credit cardholders will stop earning once they hit RM150.

Cardholders who do earn the 10% cashback on their food deliveries can expect to receive their rewards within 60 days from the posting date. It will be reflected in their monthly credit card statements.
