Author Avatar

Enrich members can earn extra rewards when converting credit card points to Enrich Points, with a 10% bonus available for conversions completed between 18 July 2025 and 31 August 2025. This limited-time offer [PDF] is part of the Enrich Bank Points Conversion Promotion, organised by Enrich in collaboration with selected bank partners in Malaysia and Indonesia.

How the Bonus Works

Under this offer, members will receive one time (1X) the base Enrich Points from their points conversion, plus an additional 10% bonus. For example, converting points equivalent to 1,000 Enrich Points will earn a total of 1,100 Enrich Points, 1,000 base points and 100 bonus points.

Both base and bonus points will be credited to the member’s Enrich account within 14 working days of  the issuing bank processing the points for conversion. Once submitted, conversions cannot be reversed or cancelled.

Participating Banks and Minimum Conversion Requirements

The promotion is open to Enrich members who hold eligible credit cards from participating banks. Minimum conversion amounts vary depending on the bank and card type. For example, all Alliance Bank Credit Cards require a minimum of 15,000 Alliance Timeless Bonus Points for conversion, while an AmBank Visa Signature Card-i requires 15,000 AmBank Rewards Points.

The full list [PDF] of eligible cards and minimum thresholds covers multiple banks, including Alliance Bank, Bank Rakyat, BSN, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB, Standard Chartered, and Bank Danamon.

Points Validity and Terms

Base Enrich Points earned through the promotion will remain valid for three years from the date of crediting, while bonus points will be valid for one year. All points are subject to the Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms of the respective participating banks.

Conversions must be completed using the same legal name on both the Enrich account and the eligible credit card.

Any mismatched names, conversions from non-participating banks, or points received after 31 August 2025 will not qualify for the bonus.

How to Participate

Enrich members can initiate a conversion via their participating bank’s rewards redemption channels. The process and minimum conversion amounts may differ by bank, so members are advised to check their bank’s terms before proceeding.

Full details, including the complete list of participating banks and eligible cards, are available on the Enrich website.
