Public Bank has introduced a dining campaign that rewards PB Visa Credit Cardmembers when they spend at selected hotpot restaurants. Running from 20 November 2025 to 19 March 2026, the campaign offers up to 10% cashback each month, subject to the conditions outlined in the official terms and conditions.
The campaign is open to all PB Visa Credit Cardmembers. This includes employees of the Public Bank Group and their immediate family members. Other cards issued by Public Bank or Public Islamic Bank, such as debit cards, are not eligible for this campaign. Cardmembers whose accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated during the campaign period cannot participate.
Registration is required and must be completed once. Cardmembers may register through PBe or by sending an SMS with the campaign keyword FWCB to 68333. The SMS must be sent from the mobile number registered with Public Bank. If the number does not match the bank’s records, the registration may be rejected.
A confirmation SMS will be sent once registration is successful. A Cardmember holding multiple PB Visa Credit Cards only needs to register once, and all eligible spending across their cards will be tracked after registration.
To earn cashback, a registered Cardmember must spend a minimum of RM350 in a single receipt at participating hotpot merchants. These include Suki-Ya, Hai Di Lao, Fei Fan, Shu Da Xia, Da Long Yi, Beauty in the Pot, Coco Steamboat, Harbour Hotpot, and GoGo Steamboat. The list of participating outlets is provided in the campaign document.
Spend tracking resets each calendar month. Transactions cannot be carried over to the next month for cashback eligibility.
The campaign offers 10% cashback on qualifying spending with a monthly cap of RM50 per Cardmember. Cashback is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The total cashback allocation is RM30,000 per month and RM120,000 for the entire campaign period.
Cashback is credited to the Cardmember’s account within four to twelve weeks after the end of each month. Eligibility depends on successful registration, fulfilment of spending requirements, and a card account that remains active and in good standing.
If a qualifying transaction is reversed or refunded after cashback is credited, the Cardmember must reimburse the bank for the full cashback amount.
Cashback is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or goods, and cannot be gifted to another person. Cardmembers may not combine this campaign with other PB Credit and Debit Card usage promotions running during the same period. Transactions counted under other PB campaigns are excluded from this hotpot campaign.
If a Cardmember believes cashback has not been received, they must contact PB Card Services by 19 June 2026. The bank will not review requests submitted after this date.
