Standard Chartered Removes Points To Cash Redemption For Rewards Programme
Author Avatar

Standard Chartered Bank has removed the Points To Cash redemption feature from its Credit Card 360 Redemption portal. This change will come into effect on 3 June 2021.

The Points To Cash feature allows you to convert your Standard Chartered credit card rewards points into cash at a specific rate, which varies from card to card. Standard Chartered has three rewards credit cards – the Standard Chartered Visa Platinum, Standard Chartered Platinum Mastercard, and the Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite.

“We have an array of gifts, vouchers and airmiles made available for redemption. Login to our 360° Rewards Redemption portal to view the redemption catalogue,” said Standard Chartered in its revision notice.

Do note that this revision does not affect the Standard Chartered WorldMiles World Mastercard, which earns you WorldMiles for your spend, not rewards points. WorldMiles cardholders have their own version of the feature dubbed WorldMiles To Cash, and Standard Chartered has not yet announced any changes here.

If you have any questions about this revision, you can contact Standard Chartered with your enquiries via email at Malaysia.feedback@sc.com or Click To Chat between 9am to 12 midnight daily.
