UOB Refreshes Thursday E-Wallet Reload Campaign, Offers Cashback And Rewards
Author Avatar

UOB Bank has announced that it is refreshing its E-Wallet Deals campaign, which allows cardholders to win cashback, vouchers, and rewards points worth RM18 when they reload a specified minimum amount into selected e-wallets on every Thursday. This campaign – which previously ran from April to July 2023 – has now been renewed for the period of 10 August to 26 October 2023.

Just like the previous round, this campaign is open to all UOB credit cardholders, with the participation of five e-wallets, namely Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and Lazada Wallet. Here are the updated details for the promo this time round:

E-walletRewardRequirementRedemptionsWhen is the reward credited
TNG eWalletRM18 cashbackMinimum reload of RM500 in a single transaction600 redemptions (first-come first served)Within 10 working days from end of each month
GrabPayRM18 GrabFood voucherMinimum reload of RM500 in a single transaction250 redemptions (first-come first served)Within 5 working days from date of successful reload
Boost7,000 Boost StarsMinimum reload of RM500 in a single transaction250 redemptions (first-come first-served)Within 1 working day from top-up date
ShopeePayRM18 cashbackMinimum reload of RM250 in a single transaction250 redemptions (first-come first-served)Within 2 to 3 working days from the top-up date
Lazada WalletRM18 cashbackMinimum reload of RM250 in a single transaction250 redemptions (first-come first-served)Within 30 days from the top-up date

As before, each cardholder is only allowed to make one redemption per e-wallet per offer day.

Note as well that if you’re earning vouchers, these rewards will usually come with their own terms and conditions to use, so make sure to check! As an example, you must use the RM18 GrabFood voucher earned within 45 days from the issuance date, while the RM18 cashback by Lazada is valid for 30 days and can only be used when you select Lazada Wallet as your payment option when shopping on the e-commerce platform.

Lastly, no registration is required to join this campaign; you can go ahead and perform the required top-ups for your preferred e-wallets on Thursdays during the campaign period. Note, though, that based on previous observation, this campaign can get pretty competitive – if you’re planning to participate, you’ll need to reload your e-wallet as quickly as possible at the stroke of midnight.
