Taiwan-based airline EVA Air has launched its Elevating Your Experience brand campaign, which aims to provide Malaysian travellers with a “flight experience that is beyond ordinary”, rooted in comfort, convenience, and quality.
Through this campaign, travellers flying with EVA Air on its routes to various destinations in Europe – namely Milan, Munich, Paris, Vienna, London, and Amsterdam – will get to enjoy a seamless flight experience that is imbued with Taiwan’s charm and hospitality. Specifically, the airline will tap into its superior services, enhanced passenger safety and comfort protocols, innovative digital experiences, and gourmet dining options to bring travellers on an unforgettable journey.
As an example, EVA Air noted that it is only one of ten airlines globally to win the prestigious SKYTRAX 5-Star Airline Certification for eight consecutive times (and the only Taiwanese airline to do so). It has also been recognised as one of the World’s Top 20 Safest Airlines for the past 10 years by AirlineRatings.com.
On top of that, EVA Air is constantly finding ways to integrate latest technologies to its processes so that passengers can enjoy a more enjoyable flight experience, such as the introduction of automated check-in and electronic onboard reading materials. As for its culinary offerings, the airline is working with Michelin-starred chefs and award-winning beverage experts to curate the meals served to its passengers.

It is our privilege to inspire and uplift our fellow travellers, ensuring that every flight taken with EVA Air becomes an extraordinary trip of discovery, comfort, and transformative joy,” said the general manager of EVA Air (Malaysia), Jack Tseng.
In conjunction with this campaign, EVA Air is bringing its in-flight offerings and experiences to Malaysians on the ground via an augmented reality (AR) truck, situated at The Starhill, Bukit Bintang (24 to 27 August) and The Sphere, Bangsar South (28 August). Visitors will also stand a chance to win two flight tickets to Europe by participating in some activities at the truck.
