Affin Bank To Revamp Online Platforms With Improved Interface And New URLs

Affin Bank has announced a revamp of its various online platforms with new looks and improved user interface so that customers can access its solutions and services with more convenience. This update is slated to take place on 3 December 2021, and will also involve a change in the URLs of Affin Bank’s various online platforms.

This redesign is a follow-up to Affin Bank’s updated brand identity, which was introduced just last year to signify its progress in becoming a modern financial institution ready to embrace a new era. “Now, we are coming out stronger in the digital space to bring you unrivalled customer experience through our digital platforms – redesigned to exceed your expectations of banking with us,” the bank published in its announcement post.

The bank also highlighted that the platforms will be improved with “intuitive navigation and design to provide convenient online and mobile access”, making it easier for customers to find what they need. To that end, the corporate websites of Affin Bank and Affin Islamic Bank, as well as its retail internet banking platform will have a new look and feel. The existing URLs of its various websites, too, will be updated as per the following:

To note, Affin Bank had just rolled out its A1addin digital bank – which is also involved in this revamp – early this week. The new digital bank is targeted at the digital-savvy generation, and aims to provide customers with access to Affin Bank’s products and services 24/7, as long as they have a smartphone and internet access.

Finally, Affin Bank reminded that customers are required to clear their web browser’s cookies and cache prior to accessing the new websites. If they feel that they have accessed the wrong website, however, they can contact Affin Bank’s customer service at 03-8230 2222 between 8am to 8pm for immediate assistance.
