AmBank To Revise Enrich Visa Card Terms And Conditions From 16 July 2025
Author Avatar

AmBank will revise the Terms and Conditions for the AmBank Enrich Visa Card starting 16 July 2025. The key change affects the annual fee policy for the AmBank Enrich Visa Infinite Card, while the Enrich Visa Platinum Card remains unchanged.

Removal of First-Year Waiver for Visa Infinite Card

Previously, new Enrich Visa Infinite cardholders could enjoy a waiver on the RM500 annual fee in the first year, either by applying before 30 June 2025 or meeting a specified annual spending amount.

Under the revised terms, the first-year fee waiver will no longer apply. All principal cardholders of the Enrich Visa Infinite Card will be charged RM500 in the first year, regardless of spending. The fee will appear in the first month of the cardholder’s statement after account activation.

Spending-Based Waivers for Subsequent Years

From the second year onward, cardholders may still qualify for an annual fee waiver, depending on their spending. Those who spend between RM50,000 and RM99,999.99 in a 12-month period will receive a 50% waiver. Cardholders who spend RM100,000 or more will receive a full waiver of the RM500 annual fee.

AmBank calculates total annual spending based on 12 months of retail transactions prior to the card’s annual fee renewal date. This includes combined spending on both the principal and supplementary cards.

No Change for Enrich Visa Platinum Card

There are no changes to the AmBank Enrich Visa Platinum Card. It remains free for life with no conditions, both for principal and supplementary cardholders. Supplementary cards under both Visa Infinite and Visa Platinum cards will also continue to be free for life with no conditions.

All Other Terms Remain Unchanged

Aside from the updates noted above, all other existing Terms and Conditions for the AmBank Enrich Visa Card remain unchanged and fully applicable.

For any questions or further clarification, cardholders may contact AmBank’s Customer Care team at +603-2178 8888. The customer care line operates daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Alternatively, you may email the customer care team.

UPDATE: First-Year Annual Fee Waiver Campaign for Enrich Visa Infinite Applicants

Despite the revised terms, AmBank is currently running a First-Year Annual Fee Waiver Campaign for new applicants of the Enrich Visa Infinite Credit Card. The campaign runs from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

Eligible cardholders whose applications are approved during this period will automatically receive a waiver of the RM500 first-year annual fee. This waiver applies only to principal cardholders and does not require any minimum spending for the first year.

For subsequent years, the annual fee waiver will be based on the total retail spending made within the 12 months before the card’s renewal date. Cardholders who spend between RM50,000 and RM99,999.99 will receive a 50% waiver, while those who spend RM100,000 or more will receive a full waiver of the RM500 fee.
