Aside from the BSN MyRinggit-i BANJIR facility, BSN has also drawn up a flood relief assistance programme for the victims. It offers a deferment of monthly instalment payments on various financing facilities – including personal loans, mortgages, hire purchase, and credit card payments – for individual borrowers, as well as financial aid for micro entrepreneurs. Additionally, the bank is waiving the replacement fees for debit and credit cards that were damaged or lost in the floods.

If you have any enquiries regarding the BSN MyRinggit-i BANJIR facility or BSN’s flood relief assistance programme, you can call the bank’s contact centre at 1300-88-1900 or visit its website.
