PB Mastercard Credit Card holders can convert purchases of RM1,000 and above into a six-month Flexipay instalment plan at 0% interest, under a promotion running from 8 May to 15 August 2026. The promotion is open to all Public Bank and Public Islamic Bank Mastercard Credit Card holders.
To convert a purchase to Flexipay, call Public Bank’s Customer Service at 03-2170 8000 or email custsvc@publicbank.com.my. The request must be made at least three days after the purchase is posted and no later than five days before the next statement date. Approval is subject to the bank’s discretion.
The monthly instalment is calculated by dividing the total purchase amount by six. On a RM3,000 purchase for example, the monthly instalment would be RM500 over six months at no extra cost.
Flexipay monthly instalment payments do not qualify for cashback, Cash MegaBonus rewards, or reward points, so cardholders who rely on rewards accumulation may want to factor this in before converting.
If a monthly instalment is not paid in full, a standard finance charge of 15% to 18% per annum applies on the outstanding amount. Late payment charges of 1% of the total outstanding balance, with a minimum of RM10 and a cap of RM100, will also apply if the minimum payment is not made by the due date.
Participation in this promotion also means you will not be eligible for other PB Credit Card usage campaigns during the same period, so cardholders currently enrolled in one of Public Bank’s other ongoing cashback campaigns may want to check which applies before converting.
