Maybank Islamic Berhad and CTOS have introduced the SME Advancement Campaign, a joint initiative aimed at supporting the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. The campaign brings together three key offerings: CTOS Credit IQ, SME Digital Financing-i, and SME First Account-i. These are designed to help business owners enhance financial literacy, improve access to financing, and strengthen operational efficiency.
The campaign runs from 6 October 2025 to 31 March 2026. It is open to both new and existing Maybank Islamic and CTOS customers, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, private limited companies, societies, charitable organisations, and professional bodies.
Participants can access two Maybank Islamic products, SME Digital Financing-i and SME First Account-i, along with CTOS’s Credit IQ Training Course.
The CTOS Credit IQ course is a two-day HRD Corp (HRDC) claimable training programme that includes 13 months of complimentary access to the CTOS Credit Manager platform. The total course fee of RM6,912, inclusive of 8% SST, will be deducted from the participant’s HRDC levy account. To enrol successfully, participants must have at least RM7,000 available in their HRDC levy account.

Eligible businesses can take part by applying for or subscribing to any of the campaign’s products through promotional emails sent by Maybank Islamic or CTOS during the campaign period. Information about the campaign is also available on the Maybank Islamic and CTOS websites.
Participants who successfully register for the CTOS Credit IQ course can receive RM250 cashback or its equivalent in cash vouchers, credited to their Maybank Islamic account. This offer is limited to the first 100 participants. Businesses that do not yet have a Maybank Islamic Business Account will need to open an SME First Account-i to qualify.
In addition, a bonus reward of RM100 cashback or equivalent vouchers will be given to the top 100 participants who achieve the highest incremental balance, with a minimum average growth of RM15,000, in their Business Current Account-i during the campaign period.
Only active business accounts are eligible for rewards. Accounts that are suspended, frozen, or dormant during the campaign will not qualify. Participants who close their accounts before the reward fulfilment period will also lose eligibility.
Cashback and vouchers under this campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of payment. Rewards will be credited within 12 weeks after the campaign ends.
By joining the campaign, participants agree to the Maybank Islamic Privacy Statement and the CTOS Personal Data Protection (PDPA) Policy, which allow customer data to be used for campaign administration and related promotional activities. Participants may withdraw their consent in writing at any time, subject to applicable laws and data retention requirements.
