Starting 7 November 2025, Hong Leong Bank (HLB) Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Doctor’s Edition Credit Card cardholders will be able to link their cards to the Smart Traveller mobile application.

The new “Link My Card” feature enables eligible cardholders to connect their HLB Visa Infinite Credit Cards with the Smart Traveller app for easier management of airport lounge privileges and related benefits.

Manage Lounge Access Digitally

Through the Smart Traveller app, cardholders can check their complimentary lounge access quota, verify eligibility, and view visit history in one place. The integration also allows users to keep track of their airport lounge benefits without the need for separate verification at participating locations.

Members who link their cards will also have access to additional Smart Traveller features, including benefit management tools, exclusive member privileges, and updates from Plaza Premium Group’s global network of airport services.

Smart Traveller Points And Enrich Conversion

The app allows users to earn and redeem Smart Traveller (ST) Points, which can be converted to or from Enrich Points. This flexibility gives frequent travellers more options to manage their loyalty rewards and travel points efficiently.

Cardholders can view their point balance, redemption history, and eligibility status directly in the app.

How To Link Your HLB Visa Infinite Card To Smart Traveller

To start using the Link My Card feature, HLB Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Doctor’s Edition cardholders can connect their cards directly through the Smart Traveller app. After logging in, users can access the “Link My Card” option from the main menu and add their HLB card details. Once confirmed, the card will be securely stored in the app and ready to use at participating Plaza Premium Group (PPG) outlets.

Both new and existing Smart Traveller users can complete this linking process entirely within the app. Once the card is linked, a personalised QR code will appear in the user’s profile, which can be scanned for lounge entry. Cardholders can also check their remaining complimentary lounge quota, review their visit history, and confirm eligibility for future access.

QR code access is currently available at Plaza Premium Lounges (excluding affiliate lounges) and may vary depending on the respective bank’s terms and conditions.
