Malaysians to Receive 5GB Free Data on First Day of Raya, says Fahmi Fadzil

According to Minister of Communications, Datuk Fahmi Fadzil, 5GB of additional data will be given free to all Malaysian mobile users on the first day of Hari Raya.
The offer applies to both prepaid and postpaid users under CelcomDigi, Maxis, U Mobile, TM Tech, YTL Communications, Pavo Comms, Tune Talk, redOne, REDtone, and XOX.
“The additional quota will be automatically credited to user accounts on the first day of Raya”, said Fahmi.
Each Malaysian subscriber is eligible for one 5GB allocation per mobile network they use, covering around 45 million accounts.
“This additional data will be valid for at least 24 hours after it is credited, subject to the terms and conditions of each network operator”, Fahmi confirmed.
