EcoWorld Creates Home Concepts Based On Your Needs

It’s common to hear of customised insurance, retirement plans, and investment portfolios, but how about a home that is personalised to your needs? When buying a home, many people might compromise ample space for a strategic location or feel stuck with limited layout options that do not satisfy all their requirements.

EcoWorld’s latest campaign, Together We Create puts their unique co-creation concept in the spotlight, based on homebuyers’ needs. To name one is their innovative product, Co-Home, a concept that allows families to experience landed living with their parents being close to them while retaining their own privacy.

Read on to find out how EcoWorld’s home concepts can benefit homeowners.

  1. Families enjoy landed-living lifestyle but not under same roof

Perhaps it’s the values ingrained in our minds from young or our own experiences of having lived with extended families growing up, many Malaysians are family-focused and community-based. For instance, even after starting their own family and leaving the nest, some people would still spend weekends with their parents. For the modern Malaysian, perhaps the ideal living situation is being close to your family while having your own private space.

EcoWorld introduced the Co-Home, a double-storey terrace house split into two separate units. This way, two families can live together but still be able to enjoy their own time in their private space. Alternatively, you can also opt to purchase only one of the two separate units in the double-storey terrace house to enjoy landed living. Currently, three EcoWorld projects offer the Co-Home series in the Klang Valley which is located at Eco Ardence, Eco Grandeur, and Eco Forest.

Located just before Setia Alam, the freehold Eco Ardence is a sprawling 533 acres of serene suburban development complete with clubhouse facilities and five-tier security. It provides excellent connectivity to key destinations via major highways like the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), ELITE Highway, Federal Highway, and Guthrie Corridor Expressway. Ember, the last phase of landed residence in Eco Ardence, is offering Co-Home sized from  1,157 sq ft to 1,343 sq ft with practical layouts of two bathrooms and three bedrooms.

Meanwhile, nestled in Bandar Puncak Alam, away from the hustle and bustle, is leasehold Eco Grandeur. The self-contained township features 1,400 acres of diverse living with facilities such as a camping site, playground, linear garden, edible garden, barbeque pit, and gym; there’s never any need to leave your home. Regent Garden in the Eco Grandeur township features Co-Home sized 1,000 sq ft with a monthly instalment from RM1,820* only.

  1. Green oasis amid urban cities

Since the pandemic, many people have realised the importance of quality living complete with an outdoor space for exercising, relaxing, and more. The Garden Homes Series, is another home concept, which features a private side garden area so homeowners can enjoy the best of indoor and outdoor lifestyles, especially if you’re a plant parent, or with kids who like ample space to play outside.

The Eco Grandeur features Garden Homes with a 5ft* private garden area on the side of four bedroom and three-bathroom homes in guarded and gated precincts. If that’s not enough, you would be delighted to know that greenery covers over 20% of Eco Grandeur, giving ample opportunities for interactive landscaping as well as conservation initiatives. The development is made up of many different garden concepts, each created to suit a different mood or desire.
