Public Bank has launched its Olympic Games Paris 2024 x PB Quantum Visa Credit Card campaign, which will not only reward eligible cardholders with exclusive gifts and upsized cashback, but also offer a limited edition PB Quantum Visa credit card with a special Olympic Games design! Officially kickstarting today, this campaign will run until 31 July 2024.

Limited Edition PB Quantum Visa Credit Card

As you can see in the image above, customers who apply for the PB Quantum Visa – which is actually one of the PB Quantum pair cards – during the campaign period will receive a card with a vertical design that features the Olympic Games Paris 2024 mascot: the Phryges. Inspired by the phrygian cap – which is seen as a symbol of freedom due to its association with the French Revolution – this mascot has also been described as being “central to Paris 2024’s vision to change lives by leading a revolution through sport”.

Set against a dark blue background and an orange skate ramp, the card will also include the official logos of Visa and the Olympic Games Paris 2024. As for card benefits, the limited edition PB Quantum Visa credit card with Olympic Games Paris 2024 design will offer the same perks as the regular card. This means that you’ll enjoy 2% cashback on contactless transactions , with a minimum spend requirement of RM100 per transaction (capped at RM20 cashback per month). On top of that, you can earn 1x VIP Points for other local retail spend and 2x VIP Points for other overseas retail spend.

Win Exclusive Olympic Games-Themed Merchandises

Aside from being entitled to a limited edition PB Quantum Visa card, there is a sub-campaign where those who apply for the card and spend a specified minimum cumulative amount can win exclusive Olympic Games-themed gifts. Open only to new-to-bank customers, here are the full details on the gifts that you can obtain:

Note that each eligible cardmember is only entitled to one gift during the campaign period. Earn 8% Cashback On Online & Travel Expenses

Meanwhile, another sub-campaign that is open both to new and existing PB Quantum Visa cardholders will allow you to earn 8% cashback on online and travel transactions. This is provided you meet the minimum cumulative spend requirement of RM2,000 per month.
