BSN Launches Instalment-Pay Plan Campaign With Cash Rewards
Author Avatar

Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) has launched the “Convert to BSN Instalment-Pay Plan and Get Rewards” campaign, running from 25 November 2025 until 24 January 2026. The campaign offers cash rewards to BSN Credit Card and Credit Card-i principal cardholders who convert their purchases into monthly instalments under the BSN Instalment-Pay Plan (IPP). Participation is automatic when a qualifying conversion is made.

Cash Rewards Based On Instalment Tenure

Cardholders who complete a qualifying conversion will receive cash rewards tied to the instalment period selected. A six-month conversion with a minimum purchase of RM1,500 provides RM45. A twelve-month conversion with a minimum of RM2,500 provides RM100. The highest reward, RM225, is given for a twenty-four-month conversion with a minimum purchase of RM4,500.

Each instalment tenure comes with a fixed number of rewards. For the six-month plan, only the first 300 eligible cardholders will receive the RM45 reward. For the twelve-month plan, the RM100 reward is limited to 100 winners. The twenty-four-month plan offers RM225 to just 80 winners. Rewards are given strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and each cardholder is allowed to receive only one reward during the entire campaign period.

Campaign Eligibility

The campaign is open only to principal BSN credit cardholders. Supplementary cardholders, debit cardholders, corporate cardholders, and cardholders with suspended, cancelled, or overdue accounts are not eligible. BSN may also decline participation if the account does not meet its requirements.

How The Instalment Conversion Works

To take part, cardholders must convert eligible retail purchases into instalments of six, twelve, or twenty-four months. Each instalment option has a specific minimum purchase amount, and approval depends on the cardholder’s available credit limit. Conversions do not apply to purchases that are cancelled, disputed, related to gaming, or tied to existing EasyPay instalments.

How Winners Receive Their Rewards

BSN will publish the list of winners within sixteen weeks after the campaign ends. The announcement will include the winners’ names and the last four digits of their identification numbers on the BSN website. The instalment plan must remain active and in good standing until the reward is credited. If a selected winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted, BSN may choose a replacement.

Key Conditions Cardholders Should Know

BSN may amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign if unexpected issues arise, including technical problems or events beyond the bank’s control. Cardholders are responsible for any costs related to participation. BSN is not liable for losses caused by disruptions, accidents, or force majeure events.

By taking part, cardholders consent to BSN using their personal data for purposes linked to the campaign. They may request corrections or withdraw consent in line with BSN’s privacy policy, although withdrawal may affect participation. BSN’s decisions are final, and the official terms and conditions take precedence over any promotional materials.
