RHB Bank and RHB Islamic Bank will carry out scheduled nationwide system maintenance on Saturday, 26 July 2025, from 12:00 midnight until 12:00 noon. This planned downtime is part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to enhance system stability, performance, and security across its digital and branch-based services.

Temporary Service Disruptions Expected

During the maintenance period, several services will be temporarily unavailable. These include RHB Internet Banking and the RHB Mobile Banking app. ATM transactions, including those involving cash and cheque deposit machines and the PayNet Shared ATM Network, will also be affected. Customers will not be able to perform card transactions using VISA, MasterCard or MyDebit during the maintenance window.

Merchant acquiring services, the RHB Reflex business banking platform, currency exchange services at RHB branches, and the RHB Phone Banking self-service system will also be unavailable.

Plan Ahead to Avoid Disruption

Customers are encouraged to complete any critical banking activities before the start of the 26 July maintenance window to minimise inconvenience.

Online transactions, cash withdrawals, card payments and other essential services should be completed in advance.

RHB will conduct a second round of scheduled maintenance on Saturday, 2 August 2025, during the same time window (12:00 midnight to 12:00 noon). Customers are advised to plan accordingly.
