LHDN Service Counters To Operate By Appointment Starting From 1 July 2021
Author Avatar

Starting from 1 July 2021, individuals who wish to visit tax service counters at Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) branch offices, satellite centres, and revenue service centres will need to set an appointment beforehand. This came following LHDN’s announcement today that they will only operate by appointment.

In its statement, LHDN said that customers can go ahead and make their appointments via the e-Janji Temu portal – which can be accessed from the official LHDN website. The board also clarified that the service counters will only operate between 8am to 12pm, subject to the working days in each state.

“LHDN would like to advise customers who have appointments to always update their Covid-19 risk status on the MySejahtera app and comply with every standard operating procedure (SOP) set by the government to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic,” LHDN further reminded.

If you have any enquiries regarding this matter, you can contact LHDN via its HASiL Care Line at 03-8911 1000 or 603-8911 1100 (overseas). Alternatively, you can use the HASiL Live Chat or the feedback form.
