AIA Malaysia has upgraded its My AIA mobile app to offer a seamless and more personalised user experience to its customers. The latest update now enables AIA members to access various functions – including managing their insurance plans and payments, getting exclusive rewards, and accessing their AIA Vitality accounts – from just one app.

Through the new app, AIA members can easily check the details of their insurance plans, make payments, and manage their e-Medical cards. It also keeps you updated with AIA’s latest promotions and events, allowing you to win exclusive rewards.

Aside from that, members who are entitled to employee benefits through employer-sponsored insurance plans can also access their medical benefits via the new My AIA app. You’ll be able to keep track of and utilise your benefits, view your medical cards, as well as locate AIA panel clinics and hospitals. Your medical claims, too, can be submitted and managed through the app.

Not only that, the new My AIA app has also been upgraded to incorporate access to your AIA Vitality membership. This means that you can now check your points and status, track your health goals and weekly challenge progress, as well as carry out other AIA Vitality functions through the My AIA app without switching over to the separate AIA Vitality app.

AIA also indicated that it will introduce several other healthcare services in the new app in the near future. These include the option to pre-register for a medical appointment, getting an online consultation with a doctor, and medication delivery.

You can download and register for the updated My AIA app as long as you have an active policy, employee benefit plan, or mortgage account with AIA Malaysia. It is available for free on Google Play, the App Store, and the Huawei AppGallery. Alternatively, you can head on over to AIA’s website to find out more.
