Grab Updates Monthly Promo Vouchers For GrabUnlimited: More Vouchers, Lower Effective Discounts
Author Avatar

Grab has announced an update to the promotion vouchers that are offered under its GrabUnlimited subscription plan, providing new monthly promo vouchers in higher quantities and higher total savings – but with some considerable devaluations in effective discounts. Set to begin on 1 March 2023, subscribers will get three new types of monthly GrabFood promotions that will give a total of 20 vouchers, in addition to refreshed 10% off GrabFood self pick-up vouchers.

With this update, GrabUnlimited subscribers will begin to receive the following monthly promotion vouchers starting from March:

Monthly promotion vouchersDetailsNumber
Up to RM15 off Grabfood (Hot Deals + Free delivery)– Can be used all day long
– Minimum spend RM50
6x
Up to RM10 off GrabFood (Hot Deals + Free delivery)– Can be used all day long
– Minimum spend RM25
8x
RM4 off GrabFood (Hot Deals)– Only for certain time slots (6am to 10am, and 9pm to 12am)
– Minimum spend RM16
6x

In comparison, the existing monthly promotion vouchers for GrabUnlimited (February 2023) is as follows:

Monthly promotion vouchersDetailsNumber
Up to 50% off Grabfood (Hot Deals + Free delivery)– Not available between 11am to 1pm, and 6pm to 8pm
– Capped at RM8.50 with RM20 minimum spend + RM3 delivery discount
4x
Up to 38% off GrabFood (Hot Deals + Free delivery)– Can be used all day long
– Capped at RM7.50 with RM25 minimum spend + RM3 delivery discount
6x

As you can see, Grab has increased the total number of monthly promotion vouchers from 10 to 20 pieces, which is good news for those who rely heavily on GrabFood for their meals throughout the day. However, the voucher with the highest value (RM15 off) requires you to spend at least RM50 for your order, reducing its value considerably – especially if you are only ordering only for one person.

Aside from these new monthly promotion vouchers, the GrabUnlimited plan is also refreshing its GrabFood self-pick-up vouchers, which currently offer 15% off self pick-up orders (up to RM12) with no minimum spend. Come 1 March, these self pick-up vouchers will be updated to provide a lower 10% discount, although the RM12 cap remains unchanged.

Other standard GrabUnlimited subscription vouchers, meanwhile, will continue to be provided as usual. You will still get to enjoy GrabFood free deliveries, GrabMart vouchers, and Grab Ride vouchers (airport rides), in addition to exclusive GrabRewards redemption vouchers. Lastly, subscribers also still enjoy superior redemption rates of RM1 = 100 GrabRewards points.

GrabUnlimited is normally priced at a fee of RM4.90 per month, but it is currently going at a promotional rate of RM1 per month for new members, and will renew automatically unless you submit a cancellation request.
