Grab’s New 100+ Cities Delivery Feature Enables Deliveries For Loved Ones In Another City
Author Avatar

Aside from introducing the GrabUnlimited subscription pack, Grab has also launched the beta version of a new 100+ Cities Delivery feature.

Essentially, Grab’s 100+ Cities Delivery is a dedicated service that lets you make same-day deliveries for someone who is living in another city within Malaysia – especially when you need to get last-minute gifts. These include both GrabFood and GrabMart orders. Interestingly, the feature within the Grab app also states that you can make deliveries in another country as well, but this is not yet available as the 100+ Cities Delivery feature is currently still being beta-tested.

Aside from that, Grab noted that users tapping into the new feature can use the GrabChat function to share specific delivery instructions or the recipient’s contact details with their Grab delivery partners. This way, you can ensure that your deliveries are completed safely and successfully.

Grab further clarified that the 100+ Cities Delivery feature is available in all GrabFood and GrabMart operating cities. Users are advised to make their payments for the service using cashless payment methods.

To access the 100+ Cities Delivery feature, users are currently required to scroll down within their Grab app until they arrive at the “Keep Discovering” section. From there, tap on the 100+ Cities Delivery tile, and you’ll be able to start making your orders.
