Grab has announced that the introductory promo for its GrabUnlimited monthly subscription pack – priced at 1 sen per month – will end within a week, on 1 March 2022. Following this update, the pack will then be priced at RM7.90 per month, although there is another special promotion that existing subscribers can still tap into exclusively in March.

“The introductory price of 1 sen/month will end [on 1 March 2022], and GrabUnlimited will be priced at RM7.90/month. However, existing subscribers can still enjoy a special promotional price of 99 sen in the month of March, as long as your subscription is renewed without any interruption,” Grab shared in a notice. It also noted that examples of such interruptions include intentionally cancelling your subscription before the renewal date and having insufficient balance in your GrabPay Wallet to renew the subscription pack.

“Should any of these happen, you will no longer be entitled to the promotional price of 99 sen, and will be required to renew or resubscribe at the normal price of RM7.90/month,” Grab further clarified.

Meanwhile, if you’re subscribing to the GrabUnlimited pack for the first time after this update takes effect, you’ll also be entitled to this 99-sen promotion for your first month.

The GrabUnlimited subscription pack was first introduced at the end of 2021, offering savings of more than RM400 per month via a variety of vouchers for Grab services. These include discount vouchers of up to 50% for GrabFood, free deliveries for GrabFood and GrabMart, as well as bonus vouchers for GrabCar rides. The pack is, however, available only to users in three areas – Penang, Johor Bahru, and Kuching – as it is still in its beta phase.
