Maybank has introduced a new feature that enables customers to view and download their savings account statements on a monthly basis. This feature can be accessed conveniently through the Maybank2u website and the MAE by Maybank2u (MAE) mobile app.

Customers who wish to view or download their monthly savings account statements will first need to log in to their account via the Maybank2u website, and then simply follow these steps:

  • Select your savings account
  • Click on ‘View Statements’
  • Choose a statement date from the drop-down menu
  • View or download your statement

A similar process is also applicable if you wish to get your monthly savings account statements through the MAE app. Simply log in to the app, and tap on ‘Wallet’ at the top right corner, or ‘Maybank2u’ at the bottom of your screen. You can then follow the steps specified earlier to view or download your statement.

Do note that this feature is only available for monthly savings account statements that are dated from July 2022 onwards. Additionally, savings account statements for each month will be made available on the eighth day of the following month

Prior to this update, Maybank’s bank statements for savings accounts were provided on a three-month basis, which means that customers can only view or download their bank statements every three months. Meanwhile, you can access up to 12 months of statements (one year) on the Maybank2u website.

If you have any enquiries regarding this latest update, you may call Maybank Group Customer Care at 1-300-88-6688, or email them at [email protected]
