MULA Advisory Rolls Out Its Financial, Retirement Planning App
Author Avatar

Digital financial planner MULA Advisory has launched its very own app, positioned as Malaysia’s “first retirement coaching app”. Aimed at helping Malaysians with their retirement and financial planning journey, the new MULA app comes with various functions, including providing you with your financial health report.

To start, users can take a quick financial assessment, which will provide you with the basic scores of your overall financial health and individual financial areas within three minutes. You’ll also get insights and general recommendations on how to improve your financial standing.

You may also opt to review individual financial categories on the MULA app based on your specific needs – such as your cashflow, insurance, investment, and retirement – to gain a more comprehensive and accurate understanding your financial affairs. This is made even more convenient with the provision of dedicated visual dashboards for each of these financial categories; with this, you can immediately pinpoint specific areas of your finances that need to be improved.

On top of that, you’ll also be provided with a tailored list of actionable tasks from MULA’s certified financial planners to guide you through your financial journey. There is also the option to create and customise your own action items – if you wish to further personalise the list – as well as set reminders for these tasks.

Finally, MULA has upcoming plans to begin offering a range of curated financial products for its users in the first quarter of 2024 (1Q24), designed to cater to their goals and needs. MULA further noted that it follows “a rigorous product review selection process” before recommending these products, ensuring that they meet its stringent criteria and principles.

If you’re interested in checking out the recently launched MULA app, go ahead and download it for free from Google Play or the App Store, and then register for an account.

Meanwhile, MULA Advisory itself is a subsidiary of Malacca Securities and is licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) to provide financial planning services; it also recently won the SC-backed Digital Innovation Fund (DIGID) Award. Interested individuals can check out MULA Advisory’s financial packages, namely MULA Standard and MULA 360, which will get you consultation sessions with its financial coaches.
