Senheng has announced several upgrades to its PlusOne loyalty programme, allowing members greater flexibility to use their S-Coin. It also unveiled its new tagline, “My Rewards, My Choice” that replaced its previous tagline that had been synonymous with Senheng for over two decades.

The updated programme focuses on the ease and flexibility when it comes to redeeming rewards using its rewards points, known as S Coins. Besides allowing members to use their S-Coin to redeem any item in Senheng, it recently introduced a curated list of items that can be fully redeemed using S-Coin – these items can be redeemed from the Senheng app or at Senheng outlets nationwide. 

At the media briefing, we were told that there are currently over 2,000 items available for full S-Coin redemption, which covers everyday items, lifestyle e-vouchers, and of course, electrical appliances. The list of items will also be reviewed every quarter, with less popular items to be replaced with new products.

According to Senheng, it saw a need to enhance its PlusOne membership due to the fact that among its 4 million members, millions of S-Coin remain unredeemed, including one account with 5.7 million S-Coin worth RM57,000. As such, it has also removed the previous S-Coin redemption limits, allowing members to fully utilise their S-Coin to partially or fully offset their purchases at Senheng.

With the new unlimited redemption feature, we encourage our PlusOne members to log in, see how much S-Coin they have, and start redeeming,” said KH Lim, Chairman of Senheng. 

Besides the enhancements to PlusOne, Senheng will also launch an affiliate programme in the first quarter of 2025, allowing members to earn income by recommending products and deals to friends and family. Members will receive earnings when their referrals lead to purchases, turning everyday recommendations into tangible financial benefits.

The enhancements to Senheng PlusOne is effective immediately, and members can check their S-Coin balance directly in the Senheng App available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
