Affin Bank has finally rolled out its mobile banking app called AffinAlways, offering customers the convenience of being able to perform their banking transactions on their mobile phones, anytime and anywhere they want.
To start, the new app contains a comprehensive suite of features that allows you to view and manage your account with just a few taps, including checking your account balances, reviewing your transaction history, as well as configuring your banking and account preferences (like setting transaction or DuitNow limits). The updates are provided in real time, which means that you will always be informed of your latest financial status with Affin Bank, without having to visit a physical branch.
In addition to that, you’ll also be able to transfer funds seamlessly and instantly to other parties via the AffinAlways app, using either their bank account numbers, mobile numbers, or ID numbers. This is on top of being able to make bill payments via JomPAY, with the ability to set up recurring payments or schedule future transactions also enabled.

In terms of security, you can opt for biometric login on the app, with the option to choose between fingerprint or facial ID. Meanwhile, AffinSecure – Affin Bank’s digital security feature – has also been built into the AffinAlways app to allow easier authentication and authorisation of your financial transactions. Prior to this, AffinSecure was available as a separate app purely to authorise transactions that you carry out via the AffinAlways online banking website (RM1,500 and above).
“Designed to bring banking services to your fingertips, AffinAlways mobile banking app offers a seamless and secure way to efficiently manage your financial transactions, empowering you with greater control and flexibility to stay ahead of your finances no matter where you are,” Affin Bank noted in rolling out the app.
