Malaysia Airline’s (MAS) loyalty programme, Enrich, has entered into a partnership with Plaza Premium Group that will enable both brands to offer a superior travel experience and wider variety of benefits for their Enrich and Smart Traveller members, respectively. These include allowing members of both brands to convert their points seamlessly.

According to the chief executive officer of loyalty and travel solutions for Malaysia Aviation Group, Philip See, Enrich and Smart Traveller members will be able to convert their points as per the following rate:

  • Enrich members: 1,800 Enrich Points for 500 Arrture Points
  • Smart Traveller members: 2,000 Arrture Points for 1,000 Enrich Points

In addition to points conversion, the partnership will also allow Enrich members to access over 250 Plaza Premium Lounges across more than 70 airports worldwide. This is on top of being eligible for first-rate airport concierge services for an elevated level of comfort, convenience, and personalised services throughout the member’s journey.

Meanwhile, Smart Traveller members will be allowed to enjoy flight and seat upgrades on MAS flights, along with exclusive entry to the national carrier’s Golden Lounge. They can also tap into exclusive hotel stay and five-star dining offers.

“As we continue to leverage digitalisation to transform the future of travel, this partnership will allow us to increase stickiness among travellers for both brands, especially in today’s mobile-based world,” said the deputy chief executive officer of Plaza Premium Group, Bora Isbulan.
