Moomoo Campaign Offers Nasdaq TotalView Free Trial For Three Months
Author Avatar

Moomoo Malaysia has partnered with Nasdaq for a promotion that will allow eligible users to enjoy a three-month free trial for Nasdaq’s advanced data feed subscription service, TotalView (Level 2 quote). Set to run from 1 May until 1 August 2024, interested users can already begin to pre-register for it from today until 30 April 2024.

To explain, Nasdaq TotalView is typically viewed as a tool for “serious traders” that provides them with deeper insights into the Nasdaq market, thereby giving them an added advantage when they trade. Specifically, it displays the full depth of orders on Nasdaq, including all the quotes and orders at every price level (60 levels in total) for all securities that are traded on Nasdaq – encompassing even hidden orders and the size of each order. This is in contrast to other standard Level 2 market data feeds that may be more limited in the scope and amount of information provided.

Additionally, Nasdaq TotalView also offers over 20x the liquidity of a standard Level 2 quote, and allows access to forecasted opening and closing price information. All these perks are set to help users in making better informed trades on the platform.

If you’re interested in tapping into this promo, you can already pre-register for it between today until 30 April via the promo landing page found within your Moomoo app. Once you have done so successfully, you’ll receive a Nasdaq TotalView Quote Card that is “pending activation”. The Card will be activated automatically come 1 May 2024, providing you with a three-month free trial period until 1 August 2024.

Should you miss the pre-registration period, don’t fret! You can still enjoy the free trial simply by registering anytime during the actual promo period (1 May to 1 August). Your free trial will also end on 1 August 2024.

Similarly, users who are already subscribed to the Nasdaq TotalView quote prior to this campaign, too, can enjoy the three-month free trial by signing up for this campaign! Your access to Nasdaq TotalView will be adjusted accordingly to encompass the remaining days of your purchased subscription plus the free trial days (from 1 May to 1 August). Here are two examples from Moomoo to better clarify this:

Pre-registration/Registration for the campaignYour access to Nasdaq TotalView
Pre-register interest on 15 April 2024Enjoy free trial from 1 May to 1 August 2024, plus remaining time of your Nasdaq TotalView subscription
Register on 15 May 2024Enjoy free trial from 15 May to 1 August 2024, plus remaining time of your Nasdaq TotalView subscription

Meanwhile, for those of you who have never used Nasdaq TotalView, here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can access the feature when checking or analysing your preferred stocks on Moomoo:

For context, Moomoo officially went live in Malaysia in February this year, and successfully onboarded over 10,000 clients within just three days after its launch. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of features that enables local investors to trade Malaysian and US stocks conveniently from one platform, including advanced charting tools, AI-powered analytical features, as well as various educational components.
