SkyWorld And Shopee Is Giving Away A New Condo Unit Worth Over RM500,000 This 11.11

SkyWorld Development Group is collaborating with Shopee Malaysia to reward one lucky winner with a SkyMeridien Residences condominium unit in Sentul East, worth over RM500,000, as part of Shopee’s 11.11 mega campaign.

The development is designed as a family-centric development, consisting of 780 units with sizes ranging from 581 sq. ft. to 1,318 sq. ft. It is seen as both a retreat and a playground, as well as a communal space and a backyard garden surrounded by lush greenery. Residents will be pampered with over 32 indulgent resort-inspired facilities while all water facilities are salt-water chlorinated.

On top of that, SkyMeridien Residences adopts the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept, and is linked to the Sentul Timur LRT Station via a 300m walkway. It is also surrounded by well-established, mature neighbourhoods with abundant amenities and conveniences.

The deputy chief executive officer of SkyWorld, Lee Chee Seng shared that the collaboration with Shopee was meant to inspire Malaysians to be hopeful and to usher in the New Year in an unprecedented way following the gloom brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.

“During the lockdown, when all activities were halted, it came to a realisation that our homes have taken on many important roles as a place to live, play, learn, work, and even shop. We see the changes are here to stay and we want to make the at-home experience a meaningful and memorable one,” said Lee, adding that the timing of the giveaway is just right as 2021 is coming to an end and this project is targeted for completion early next year.

Meanwhile, the senior marketing manager of Shopee Malaysia, Kenneth Soh said that the collaboration with SkyWorld Development Group is their biggest giveaway yet, and that it was a way of offering something different to their Shopee users during the 11.11 Big Sale.
