Enrich, the loyalty programme by Malaysia Airlines (MAS), has introduced a new feature called EnrichMoney Youth via its EnrichMoney app, which allows existing users to provide a “sub-wallet” for their children so that they too can spend and save through the EnrichMoney app. Ultimately, Enrich aims to use the new feature to empower and educate teens by “building money-savvy habits”, and enable parents and their children to embark on a cashless journey together.
On its website, EnrichMoney shared that with EnrichMoney Youth, current users and their teenage child or children (below the age of 18) will be able to tap into the following perks:

Essentially, EnrichMoney users will be able to let their children tap into the app’s features, such as the EnrichMoney Wallet, Multi-Currency Wallet, and EnrichMoney Savings Box. They’ll even be able to earn EnrichMoney Points through the expenses paid using the Visa prepaid card, which can then be used to redeem “cashback” for a purchase post-transaction.
If you’d like to try out this new EnrichMoney Youth feature, you will first need to download the app onto your child’s phone and register an account for them (as a minor). Fill in the required details and submit the application, after which a push notification will be sent to you (as their guardian). Approve the request, and your accounts will be linked, allowing you to make an initial reload to your child’s account.
Note that the initial top-up will take two business days for verification, and once it is processed, another notification will be sent to you.
EnrichMoney itself, meanwhile, was introduced by Enrich back in March 2023, in a collaboration with Merchantrade (for the app) and Visa (for the prepaid card). You can download the app for free on Google Play or the App Store.
