Auto Top Up Your GrabPay Wallet Via M2U Account Linking And Earn GrabRewards Points
Author Avatar

Grab is running a special campaign for Maybank2U accountholders where you can win up to 1,300 GrabRewards Points by auto topping up your GrabPay Wallet. The campaign will run from 23 August to 1 September 2021 and requires you to link your Maybank2U account to automatically top up GrabPay Wallet.

You can earn the bonus GrabRewards points by triggering an automatic top-up of minimum RM50 from your linked Maybank2U account to the GrabPay Wallet. The GrabRewards Points you stand to earn are detailed below:

  • 1st auto top-up trigger (minimum RM50): 500 GrabRewards Points
  • 2nd auto top-up trigger (minimum RM50): 800 GrabRewards Points

The auto top-up feature allows you to trigger an automatic top-up if your GrabPay Wallet balance falls below a certain amount. You can choose to link a bank account, credit card, or debit card for this feature once you have enabled it under “Manage Auto Top-Up” on the app. To link your Maybank2U account to your GrabPay Wallet, tap “Top-Up” in your Grab app, select the “Linked Bank Account Option”, and choose Maybank2U.

Grab users who have an active Maybank2U account and have access to this top-up challenge in their app are eligible to receive the rewards points. Users who have completed the challenge will be awarded with the points within 5 working days. Grab has limited the challenge prizes to 9,000 units for the 1st auto top-up and 3,000 prizes for the second; the challenge will end at the end of the campaign period or when the available prizes have been fully awarded. Do note that GrabRewards points earned from challenges do not count towards your tier upgrade.

You can find out more about this campaign on the Grab website.
